Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run and improve Snowlytics:

• Contact details you give us, such as your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Account and profile information, such as your name, sport (ski or snowboard) and riding level.
• Videos and performance data you upload for analysis, and the reports generated from them.
• Usage and device information, such as pages visited, app interactions, browser and device type, collected to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide coaching analysis — by our AI models or, when you choose it, by a certified human coach.
• Operate the waitlist and send you product updates you asked for.
• Maintain, secure and improve Snowlytics, including our analysis models.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Your videos

Videos you upload are private by default. They are processed to generate your analysis and, if you request a human review, shared only with the coach you select. We never publish your videos or share them with the community without your explicit consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us host, process or communicate (for example cloud hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

Storage and security

We store data with reputable cloud providers and use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it afterwards.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it, by emailing info@getsnowlytics.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.

Children

Snowlytics is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a minor uses Snowlytics, it should be with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Snowlytics evolves. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above; for material changes we will also notify you by email or in the app.
