Terms of Service

The Service

Snowlytics analyses ski and snowboard videos and provides technique feedback from AI models and, optionally, certified human coaches. Features, pricing and availability may change, and early-access or beta features are provided as they are.

Accounts and the waitlist

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any particular pricing.

Paid coaching

Human coach reviews are paid services. Prices, and any refund terms that apply, are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You grant Snowlytics a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the Service to you — including sharing it with the coach you choose — and to improve our analysis. You must have the right to upload any content you submit, including consent from anyone who appears in it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Copy, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service or its models.
• Use the Service to harass other riders or coaches.

Safety

Skiing and snowboarding are inherently risky. Snowlytics feedback is for informational and training purposes only and is not a substitute for in-person instruction, professional judgement or medical advice. Always ride within your ability and follow resort rules.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design and branding, belongs to Snowlytics and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or logos.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowlytics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from activities you undertake based on feedback from the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date; continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
